My good friend Emilie is an artist who is way too talented for her own good. She's got custom artwork hanging in Kanye's house for crying out loud!  And if you are from around here, you would recognize alot of her work all over the walls at Bonterra Blu. She is sharing the love though and has recently opened up an online art auction with some great pieces for sale. I had a big blank wall space in our dining room (dont be fooled, we still have alot of blank wall space) and I wanted to hang something large with bold color. I had a hard time deciding what to do until I bought this sexy little present as a lingerie shower gift for a friend. I loved the mix of bright orange with the tiny taupe satin bows and was inspired. I drew a stencil and painted a large plywood slab and viola! Thank you pretty undies, orange was what I needed. We are heading west for the weekend to have a little fun, hope you have a good one too!

Mothers Day came around and  I was wishing that I had placed orders for some personalized notecards for all of the many mamas in my life. The printer I order invitations from offers a notecard option, but I've never used it. So I had the idea.... I'll have a giveway and order a set so I can see how the paper weight and print quality is. Once I've had the chance to inspect them, I'll send the winner the set of personalized notecards in your choice of the two designs above.
